PHASE 1 (DAYS 1-56)

We begin the FORME Experience by restoring your body at its foundation. For the first month, you'll follow a structured elimination diet—a proven functional medicine approach that removes common inflammatory triggers such as gluten, dairy, soy, and processed sugars. During this time, you’ll enjoy a vibrant variety of nutrient-dense proteins, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory whole foods that promote a natural detoxification process.

This detox is not a juice cleanse or starvation plan—it’s a supported reset focused on nourishing your liver, gut, kidneys, and lymphatic system, which are the body’s primary detox pathways. These organs are responsible for filtering out toxins, regulating hormones, and managing inflammation.
