PHASE 1 (DAYS 1-56)

We begin the FORME Experience by restoring your body at its foundation. For the first month, you'll follow a structured elimination diet—a proven functional medicine approach that removes common inflammatory triggers such as gluten, dairy, soy, and processed sugars. During this time, you’ll enjoy a vibrant variety of nutrient-dense proteins, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory whole foods that promote a natural detoxification process.

This detox is not a juice cleanse or starvation plan—it’s a supported reset focused on nourishing your liver, gut, kidneys, and lymphatic system, which are the body’s primary detox pathways.
