Before FORME, I genuinely believed I was already a healthy person. I worked out regularly. I made what I thought were good food choices. But looking back now, I realize I was just doing what I’d been taught—what culture says is “healthy.” I didn’t truly understand what my body needed… until I started this journey.

Even with my active lifestyle, I constantly felt tired. I had low energy throughout the day, napped often just to make it through, and struggled with painful bowel movements and constant bloating. I didn’t even know how much inflammation I was carrying because I had lived with it for so long—it felt normal. But physically, mentally, and emotionally, I was surviving, not thriving.

What really pushed me to take this leap wasn’t even my own health at first—it was my husband’s. We had a serious conversation one day where I opened up about how worried I was for him. I told him that his health habits were affecting more than just his body—they were hurting our marriage. He made the decision to change, and I decided to come alongside him. The beginning was hard. I wasn’t used to cooking much, and now I had to prepare over 28 ounces of vegetables per day per person. That alone was a full-time job at first. I had less bloating and more control over my cravings. I was finally waking up feeling rested and strong.

By the end of the detox phase alone, I had already lost nearly 20 pounds. That was my first “aha” moment—realizing how much inflammation I had been carrying without knowing it. Over five months, I lost 35 pounds total. But honestly? The weight was just one piece of it. The real win was how I felt.

I no longer rely on caffeine to function. I have better stamina in the gym. My digestion is finally normal. My cravings don’t control me anymore. I sleep well. My brain is sharp. And for the first time in a long time, I feel in charge of my health instead of overwhelmed by it.

The most unexpected gift of FORME, though, has been what it’s done for our marriage. My husband and I have grown so much closer on this journey. We’ve learned to support each other, communicate better, and carry the weight of our health together. I’m no longer holding that burden alone—and that has changed everything for us.

And on a fun note? I never thought I’d see sculpted abs in the mirror. I’ve never been overweight, but I was definitely at my heaviest when I started. Now, my body has muscle definition I’ve never seen in my life. It’s been exciting—and empowering—to discover that version of me.

If I could say anything to the old version of myself, it would be: Just do it. You’re capable of more than you think. And the sacrifice? It’s going to give you a whole new life. I used to be skeptical, too. This program asks a lot of you. But the reward is so much greater than the sacrifice. It’s scary at first—but it works.

I’ve gained more than weight loss. I’ve gained confidence, mental strength, and a deep sense of self-worth. I’ve learned that I can do hard things. I’ve proven to myself that I am strong—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually, too.
